Raster Design 2012: Standalone and Network licensing

I recently had a case in which a user had Raster Design 2012 Standalone with AutoCAD 2012 Network and Raster Design would not run properly.   This is a licensing scheme will not work.  The only the following scenarios will work:

1.  AutoCAD 2012 Standalone with Raster Design 2012 Standalone
2.  AutoCAD 2012 Network with Raster Design 2012 Network

Raster Design is an 'add-on' to AutoCAD so mixing and matching the different licensing methods are not supported.
