Recently a colleague in support Ruediger Ambs solved an issue with Alias crashing which was related to Acrobat 9 Pro Extended 64 bit Add-on.
The customer had to uninstall the Acrobat 9 Pro Extended 64 bit Add-on to resolve the issue.
