Here is an interesting scenario in which the customer had a network version of Autodesk Inventor and and only 1 client was not able to connect to the license server and the error was -15, 570 error. All the systems (clients) were running Windows 7.
The ADLM log file located in the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\AdLM folder stated the following problem:

The solution was to run the following command and then restarting the computer:
netsh winsock reset

Another solution to the Error -15.570.0 is to update your license server tools to IPv6.
