Error [-15.570.0] when launching an Autodesk product
3ds Max has stopped working

Error: # licenses, unsupported by licensed server

If you replace or upgrade or change your license file while some users are still using Autodesk products, you will get this error:

Users of  YOUR-PRODUCT_F: (Error:  # licenses, unsupported by licensed server) 

Example:

Users of 85527MAYA_F: (Error: 100 licenses, unsupported by licensed server)

The solution is to:

  • ...ignore the messages.
  • ...reboot his/her machine so that it aquires a new license information from the server.
