Just a FYI that we have been getting some issues with ROI Print Manager. It will interrupt attempts to run setup of Autodesk products.
The solution is to unsinstall the ROI Agent in the Programs & Features section and then you could install & update Autodesk software.

The ROI agent has been fixed to now allow the Auto desk products to install without any problems.
