Teamviewer Quick Support [Autodesk] to the rescue...

For Autodesk customers that require remote desktop assistance, we are now using Teamviewer to remotely access your system.  The great thing is that it works on Windows and Mac and it's very fast.    

Just click on the Teamviewer icon below and run it!

You may also want to try this remote desktop connection http://www.ammyy.com or http://mikoqo.com

The first Ammyy Admin v3 is a bit easier as it doesn’t require installation, registration and specific settings adjustments. It works behind gateways NAT without port mapping.

Good alternative though.
