I lead the Product Support team that supports all partners and subscription customers from ASEAN and ANZ region. My goal is to ensure they have optimal support experience to customers and give them the ability to harness 100% of the product functionality and capability.
Outside of the office, I enjoy movies (A Few Good Men being my favorite) and I am an ardent fan of the CSI TV series. Leisurely, I love to discovering new restaurants with my girlfriend and I will always make time to keep up with Arsenal FC and their performance in the English Premier League.
