The only constant is change. I have been working in Product Support since 1998 and there has always been a challenge or change that has made this job so interesting.
- My first school computer was the Commodore PET. I loved playing Tank!
- My first personal computer was an Apple IIc. I loved playing Choplifter.
- My first work computer at Alias|Wavefront/Alias/Autodesk was a Silicon Graphics O2.
I have had the pleasure learning SGI Irix in the 90’s and it really helped me with working on Mac OS X today. I have a slightly artistic background that allowed me to learn Maya and I was a Certified Instructor in the 00’s. Currently, I am on the Install & Licensing Team in the Americas.
The only thing that has not changed in my work environment is my trusty Herman Miller Aeron Office Chair that I sit on. It is my security blanket.
