What needs to be done on both the client and server side when you migrate to a different license sever for Autodesk Products
For the server side, you'll back up your licenses and uninstall the network licensing software.
Install the network licensing software on the new server.
Installation files(current Version 11.9) can be found in the product media or online

Obtain a new license file
Either online

Once the new license file has been obtained, configure the licensing service software to serve it out to the network. Detailed instructions for that configuration can be found in the Network Licensing Guide
Once the server side has been configured, launching Your Autodesk Product on the client machine should prompt you for the name of the new license server. Enter the “computer name” of the new server and all should be updated (on the client), so that the next time you run product, it should automatically look to the new server for pulling a license.
