When installing Vault Server 2012 you might see this error appear in the ADMS System Check Report window.

Operation failed with 0x8007000B
An attempt was made to load a program with an incorrect format.
This can occur if IIS 7.0 is missing some necessary features.
The list of features needed can be found in the Advanced Configuration Guide. After making sure that all features are installed, Just re-run the Vault Server installation.
