AutoCAD Map 3D 2012: Other applications cause Map 3D Secondary installer to launch

Here is an interesing scenario, AutoCAD Map 3D 2012 launches perfectly.  When you launch another application that is NOT AutoCAD Map 3D 2012, it will cause an Autodesk Map 3D Secondary Installer to startup.
