Just an FYI, you will need to use Pacifist to install Sketchbook Pro 2011. Please check out this older post for details:

NOTE: As of December 2nd, there is a note about Pacifist being not compatible with 10.7 Lion but it still appears to work.
"Pacifist is not yet compatible with Mac OS X 10.7 “Lion”, but a Lion-compatible version is in the works and will hopefully be ready soon."
