We notice several users having this error appearing in the "Perform Status Enquiry" result text, when the Network License Manager is not working.
This error is definitely due to the usage of an old version of the Network License Manager which doesn't recognize the newest license file formats.
To solve this problem, just upgrade the Network License Manager to the latest version available.
