We get this occasional need to have customers FTP files to us. I will suggest Filezilla if you can't use the Windows Explorer to upload the file to us.

NOTE: Don't save the username/password because if you have other cases open with Autodesk support, it is tricky to change the values afterwards.
If you only need to download a file, it can be done via a web browser.
