We have been getting a lot of chatter on where the link is to get into the Subscription Center. This was the Autodesk Subscription site circa 2011:
http://www.autodesk.com/subscription
To get the Subscription Center now, you need to click on Get Started button:
The new Subscription program includes 2 additional benefits:
1. Access Autodesk 360 (Cloud benefits)
2. Sign In to Subscription Center (Download the upgrades, Request flexible licensing terms, Technical Support)
During the usabilty testing of the site, when there were 2 links (one to sign in to the Autodesk 360 and another to sign in to Subscription Center), it presented some confusion to the test users and it sent them into a loop. As a result, the main site has one clear and prominent “Get Started” button to access all pages.
Personally, I have never had this issue because I have been using this shortcut URL:
http://www.autodesk.com/subscriptionlogin
http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/Installation-Licensing/subscription-login/td-p/3394241
Is this a sign of poor website design or a lazy visitor?
