You have created a deployment for the Building Design Suite 2013 and when you try to modify the deployment using this method:
Create & modify a deployment > Create a new deployment configuration using an existing configuration as a template
You will get this error:
The copy functions cannot be used.
At this time the only solution is to re-create the deployment with the updated changes. This issue has been reported to the Building Design Suite QA team.
When is Auotdesk going to fix this? Windows 8 is just around the corner and the solution is to use XP64, a totally archaic OS to make deployments? Totally ridiculous. FAIL

This does deal with Windows XP x64. I have confirmed the issue on Windows 7 and we are working with our QA team to try to resolve the issue.

Boourns..
When Autodesk is ready to step out of the 1990's and start making software that works in a 64bit environment please let me know.
For the fee's being paid, this is totally ridiculous.

This has nothing to do with 32 or 64 bit. You cannot modify the deployment for Building Design Suite 2013.
