I just got a case from a customer and basically 3DS Max 2013 was causing a blue screen on the computer. The user did have 3DS Max 2012 installed and it worked fine.
With some luck, the user figured out it was a Google Re-Direct Virus. The user used Kaspersky to clean up the infection and both versions of 3DS Max were functioning after the fix.
