You have your Autodesk products i.e. Revit 2013, working properly except Revit 2014, basically when starting Revit 2014, it just crashes.
To figure out the problem, we used Procmon to find the problematic file "PackageContents.xml" located in the folder "C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\sofistik bimtools.bundle". It was not granted with proper access for the logged in user account.

We added the corresponding USER account with Full permission to the file which solved the issue.
