Deploying AutoCAD 2014: The copy functions cannot be used.

Some error messages are quite daunting.  We recently got this error message of a customer trying to deploy software:

The copy functions cannot be used.

In this case, it was really easy, we just needed to add Everyone to the folder where the deployment folder was created. i.e.

\\Odyssey\autocad

I have got this problem when trying to deploy Inventor from a BDS Ultimate image. All other aspects of the package install without error but Inventor always gives the error about not be able to copy the exe files - despite the very same exe files being copied and successfully run to deploy CAD, Revit and Manage.
