You have modified the helpids.xml file and changed to UseOnline="0" in order to use the local Full Help even if you are on-line and you get the Error 1328 while installing the Service Pack 1.
If this is your case, please follow the instructions of this solution for installing the SP1.

replace the helpids.xml in bin and bin32 directory then it works for me
