We have a lot of blog posts that deal with licensing Moldflow Design Link 2013. In this episode, we have confirmed that Design Link licenses are valid and working on the license server. When you launch it and try to import or process a 3rd party file into Moldflow, you get a Design Link licensing error.
Option 1: Download and Install Moldflow 2014 because Design Link is free.

Option 2: Download and install Moldflow 2014 and edit Moldflow 2013 to use the 2014 CAD libraries.
Option 3: Confirm that you have a special Design Link (Paid) version installed.
"Pre-Moldflow 2014, we offered a “free component [Design Link]” with the core product install if you were working with other Autodesk products, but it is the “paid component” that allows you to import other CAD formats that needs to be installed."

Thanks to Shawn Gedman for sharing this tip with the community and Scott Genereaux for confirm that this solution worked.
