Autodesk Design Review 2012 Hotfix for 2010 C++ Updates

For customers that are still using the 2012 versions of our products, we had an issue with C++ components.  It was addressed by this blog post:

In summary, Autodesk Design Review 2012 will block the install of your Autodesk product. The solution was to remove the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86/x64 Redistributable 10.0.40219 component.
