If you are trying to install an update using the Autodesk Application Manager and the status is Pending Installation...
Please check out this workaround:
Epilogue
Please update to the latest version of the Application Manager to resolve this issue.
That workaround is pretty heavy-handed. I don't want to create an entirely new user just to install SP1.
Instead, I went to the path in my "Documents" folder (which is a bad place to put these installers, by the way) and moved the installer to the root of my drive. When I ran it, it installed just fine.

Does anyone know whether Autodesk intend on fixing this? I'm not going to rename 50+ users so that Autodesk Application Manager works. This is ridiculous.

Thanks for the comments. The development team is aware of the problem. You can manually get the updates and run it from the root of C:\ as well.
